How to start using Matrak

Matrak API

Sign up

Signing up is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Head over to the Matrak web app and click “sign up.” Setup your account, verify your email and you are good to go.

Create new
project

Starting a new project on Matrak takes only a few minutes. Once you’ve created an account, you can create a new project from the Select Project Page directly after signing in.

Add your
payment details

Once you’ve created your first project,  you will need to enter your credit card details. Do you prefer an invoice? No problem! We will send that over via email.

Upload your
drawings

Time to digitise! Once your project is setup and payment is completed, we’ll make your static drawings interactive, and generate a bill of materials.

FAQ

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, there is no lock-in contract or fee to cancel. To cancel, simply reach out to our support team and let them now that you wish to end your subscription.

Do you have a free trial?

Yes, you can sign up for a free project where you can trial Matrak and see how easy and customisable it is. Go to https://app.matrak.com/ to sign up for free.

How do I start using Matrak?

Once you have signed up, you can click “Create new project”, fill out your payment information and then upload your drawings. We’ll be in contact to learn what materials you want to track.

Do you offer any training sessions?

Yes we offer training sessions that can be as quick as 30 minutes, up to one hour. If you’re interested in booking a training session, please reach out at [email protected]

Do you have a support team if I need help?

Yes, we have free support Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:00 AEST. Every client is also assigned a Customer Success Manager, who will help assist you with any support, training or feature requests you may want in the future.
