• Tracking and coordinating rapid delivery of innovative DfMA trades using MMC processes

• Coordination and installation of prefabricated, precast and pod-style building components to site by multiple contractors

• The system needed to be easy for different installers and logistics, with unique & novel methods of construction

• Tracking commenced in the collaborator companies’ warehouses, fabrication of timber prefab members, prefab carrier frames, precast panels ready for transport

• Piling works tracked using Matrak, allowing Lipman to better coordinate early works w/ later trades

• Fabrication, logistics, quality and install tracked by subcontractors, giving better visibility to Lipman as General Contractor

• Lipman was able to better coordinate early works with later trades by tracking their piling works in Matrak

• Better visibility by tracking all  fabrication, logistics, quality and install in one system

• An end-to-end materials passport for products, with full audit history

• Gained end-of-life and O&M support
