Where the subcontractor or supplier sources products directly or indirectly from China, the following requirements apply:

Alternatively, the supplier can coordinate directly with CBME to receive a carbon assessment and assistance in tracking production data to share with downstream clients via Matrak.

Note: If an approved embodied carbon assessment is not available for a specific product or supplier, Matrak and the client reserve the right to use industry-standard rating tools to estimate the Global Warming Potential (GWP).
